Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 27, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Evo1.1 collects when you use our website, complete an EvoChat assessment, or place an order — and what we do with it. We have kept it in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain.

Who we are and what this covers

Evo1.1 (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is the operator of this website and the Evo1.1 personalised nutrition service. In this policy, “personal information” means information that identifies you, or that can reasonably be linked to you.

It covers our website, your Evo1.1 account, your EvoChat assessment and formula, orders placed through our store, and any email or chat you have with our team. It does not cover third-party sites we link to, or the app stores and services that deliver our mobile app.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account details — your email address and, if you provide them, your name and password. You can also sign in with Google, in which case Google shares your email address and basic profile details with us.
  • Order and delivery details — the items you buy, the name, shipping address, and email address you give at checkout, and any note or gift message you add.
  • Assessment and EvoChat information — the answers you give when building your formula and anything you tell our assistant or our nutritionists (see the section on health information below).
  • Messages you send us — the content of emails, chat messages, and support requests, so we can reply and keep a record of what we agreed.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage information — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, approximate location derived from your IP address, the pages you view, and how you move through the site.
  • Cookie and storage identifiers — the small values described in the cookies section below, which keep your cart and session working between page loads.
  • Shopping and funnel events — for example a product page being viewed, an item being added to the cart, or checkout being started. These describe what happened on the site; they do not include the content of your assessment answers.

Payment information

Card and wallet payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your card number is entered on their secure hosted form and is never stored on our servers. We receive the result of the payment, and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits, which we show in your order history.

How we use your information

  • To create and run your account, and to let you sign in.
  • To generate your personalised formula and evolve it as your check-ins change.
  • To take payment, fulfil your order, and deliver your welcome kit and formula.
  • To provide customer support and answer your questions.
  • To send service messages about your account, orders, deliveries, and subscription.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website, and to understand which parts of it work.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of the service.
  • To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have a legal effect on you, and we do not sell your personal information.

Your assessment answers and health information

To build a formula we need to know something about you: your goals, your routine, how you sleep, how you feel day to day, what you eat, and what else you take. Some of this is health-related information, so we treat it with extra care.

What we do with it: your assessment answers and EvoChat conversations are used to build and refine your formula, to support you through your nutritionist, and to improve the accuracy of our formula engine — and for nothing else.

What we never do with it: we do not sell it, we do not send its contents to Meta, Google, or any advertising or analytics tool, and we do not use it to target ads at you.

If you would like your assessment answers deleted, email us at [email protected] and we will remove them, together with the formula built from them, unless we are required to keep a record by law.

Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies

We use cookies and browser storage to keep the site working. The main ones are:

  • Essential — a stored cart identifier so your cart survives a page reload, and a sign-in hint cookie that lets the site show the correct account state before it finishes checking your session.
  • Analytics and diagnostics — if analytics is enabled for this store, we record page views and shopping events so we can see which pages are used and where shoppers get stuck.
  • Campaign attribution — if you arrive from a campaign link, we store the campaign parameters (for example utm_source or an ad click identifier) for your session so we can tell which channel brought you here.
  • Measurement and marketing — if our marketing integrations are switched on, our platform may pass shopping events (for example “product viewed” or “checkout started”) to those providers. The contents of your assessment and EvoChat conversations are never included.

You can block or clear cookies and site storage in your browser settings. If you clear them, you will be signed out and your cart may be emptied, but nothing else changes. Store staff may also have a session cookie that keeps them signed in to the admin area.

When we share information

We share personal information only where it is needed to run the service, and always under contract. We do not sell or rent it.

  • Payment processing — Stripe, to take and confirm your payment and to handle refunds.
  • Delivery and fulfilment — the carriers and fulfilment partners who ship your formula and welcome kit, who receive your name and delivery address.
  • Email and support tools — the providers that deliver order and account emails and help us answer your messages.
  • Hosting and platform — the providers that host this website and our store platform, including the analytics and marketing integrations described above.
  • Professional advisers and authorities — our accountants and lawyers, or a regulator, court, or law-enforcement body where we are legally required to disclose.
  • A change of ownership — if the business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that deal, and this policy would continue to apply.

We are based in the United States and process information there. Where a provider is located in another country, we rely on their contractual safeguards for the transfer.

Marketing emails and your choices

We always send service messages — order confirmations, delivery updates, payment or subscription notices, and security messages about your account. These are part of the service and are not affected by your marketing preferences.

Marketing messages are different: we only send them if you have opted in, and every one of them has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also ask us to stop by emailing [email protected]. Opting out of marketing does not stop your service messages.

How long we keep information

  • Account and assessment data — for as long as your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove this data.
  • Orders and payment records — kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires after your last order.
  • Support messages — kept while we are resolving your issue and for a reasonable period afterwards.
  • Session and attribution data — held in your browser for the session or until you clear it.
  • Aggregated analytics — statistical records that no longer identify you may be kept to understand long-term trends.

How we protect information

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit, encryption of stored credentials, restricted staff access on a need-to-know basis, and monitoring for misuse. Access to health-related information is limited further.

No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If we ever become aware of a breach that affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required.

Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy;
  • correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • delete your account and the information we hold about you;
  • receive your information in a portable format, or ask us to send it elsewhere;
  • object to, or withdraw consent for, certain processing — including marketing;
  • ask us not to sell or share your information, which we do not do anyway.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within 30 days. You can also stop marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link, or clear cookies and site storage in your browser to remove locally stored cart and session data.

Links to other sites

Our site and emails may link to other websites — for example payment pages, carrier tracking, or research we reference. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information, so please read their privacy policies before sharing anything with them.

Children’s privacy

Evo1.1 is designed for adults. Our products are intended for people aged 18 and over, and our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our service changes or the law requires. The revised version takes effect when it is posted here, and the “last updated” date at the top of the page always shows which version is current. If a change is significant — for example a new way of using your health information — we will tell you by email or with a notice on the site before it applies to you.

For any privacy question, or to exercise a right described above, please contact us. We will respond within 30 days.
