Orders, subscriptions, and billing

Prices, product details, and availability are shown on the site and may change. An order is confirmed when we accept it and send your order confirmation; if we cannot fulfil an order — for example if an item is out of stock — we will contact you and refund any payment taken for it.

If you buy a subscription, your plan renews automatically at the interval shown when you subscribe, and your payment method is charged at the start of each period until you cancel. You can pause, skip, or cancel a subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a period that has already been billed. See our Refund Policy for how returns and refunds work.

Payments are processed by our payment provider on their secure hosted form. You confirm that the payment details you give are yours to use, and you agree to pay all charges for your order including any applicable taxes and delivery charges.
